20th Century Popcast is a podcast that tries to understand the present by living in the past. Each week hosts Bob and Tim take a sociological look at the pop culture of the '80s and '90s. Its a ruining of their childhood that hopefully explains how they became adults.
RETRO SHOCK: "Still mispronouncing Berkely Breathed" (1991) Its the last day in November which means the Christmas season is already seven shopping days old. So, before festive fatigue sets in, Bob and Tim are diving into a month of holiday themed episodes starting with the Bill and Opus animated special "A Wish For Wings That Work." Its a cartoon based on the '80s classic Bloom County, leaving them to wonder why it not a perennial favorite. Ho, ho, ho-nooooooo!
