20th Century Pop! is a podcast that tries to understand the present by living in the past. Each week hosts Bob and Tim take a sociological look at the pop culture of the '80s and '90s. Its a ruining of their childhood that hopefully explains how they became adults.
You can’t spell “LAZY PODCASTING” without at least a few of the letters in “FILMATION.” And in lieu of a new episode, Bob and Tim are reposting a past one all about the 1983 cartoon classic “HE-MAN AND THE MASTERS OF THE UNIVERSE.” So join previous them in their already past attempt to uncover just who is behind “THE TAKING OF GREYSKULL” (knowing its exactly who you think it is).
Watch the same episode Bob and Tim did with THE TAKING OF GREYSKULL as posted on the HE-MAN OFFICIAL Youtube page.
Introduce 11 year old Tim to the genre of hip hop with this mid 80’s Masters Of The Universe SPYDOR COMMERCIAL from Mattel.
And, while you just felt it THERE, hear it HERE with this original THUNDER-PUNCH HE-MAN COMMERCIAL, also from Mattel.
Then experience the “Hall H At Comic-Con”-like screening of this LOST HE-MAN AND THE MASTERS OF THE UNIVERSE COMMERCIAL featuring the first ever animated footage of Eternia.

This episode of 20TH CENTURY POP! was recorded by CAST, an online audio platform that lets you create and record a multi-guest podcast straight from your web-browser.
It was then mastered by AUPHONIC, a web-based post-production service that makes it sound like Bob and Tim are worth listening to. Check out both sights for trial and subscription information.
