20th Century Popcast is a podcast that tries to understand the present by living in the past. Each week hosts Bob and Tim take a sociological look at the pop culture of the '80s and '90s. Its a ruining of their childhood that hopefully explains how they became adults.

But alongside those VHS boxed sets stands a slightly more vulgar saga featuring verbose Clerks, bratty Mallrats and a chain-smoking illustrator forever Chasing Amy. It's Kevin Smith's "Jersey Trilogy" and, to honor there still being a Kevin Smith, Bob and Tim are going to look at what these indie features mean to their own individual existence.
